Lovely town house with a rustic style located in Petra, with an above ground pool and capacity for 4 people.Enjoy the warm weather of the interior of the island while relaxing on the armchairs of the upper terrace with a freshly squeezed orange juice. The sun invites to lie down on the two sun loungers or to refresh at the above ground chlorine pool with 1.5 metres diameter and depth. After that, light the barbecue and cook a delicious meal outdoors.The property has a peculiar history since this is an old bakery that has become a beautiful home for our guests to fell at home. When you ente from the terrace you will find the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob and a table with chairs which leads to the independent dining room. Then you arrive to the living room which is perfect to rest while watching satellite TV. The laundry room is provided with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The bathroom on the main floor comes with a shower. There is another shower bathroom upstairs together with two bedrooms. Both present AC and a wardrobe and one has two twin beds whilst the other counts with a double bed. We can provide a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. There is also a fan available.The surroundings of Petra feature a rural style full of fertile fields and farms. This idyllic landscape invites to do long walks across the countryside or practice hiking or biking. The well known Puig de Bonany highlights at the horizon from where you can admire most of the island, including the Tramuntana mountain range, the Levante mountain range and the bay of Alcudia, among others. If you fell like going to the beach, you will have many options going out from Petra, and you will reach them in about 20 minutes by car.
