Summary: Good location, very convenient to all restaurant and beach . Room is old, need maintenance, both tap in shower and laundry was leaking, door in the toilet and laundry does not close properly it was too tight . Walls in the toilet are dirty lots of dirt marks as well as mirror in the living room . There is only one Air conditioner which is located in the living room can not reach the 2x rooms . It was very uncomfortable to sleep specially in one of the small room too hot . Maybe need a portable aircon specially on summer heat .
