Negative: Outside furniture and porch area needed attention with cleanliness Would have preferred an extra bed downstairs (which is really large enough) so that no one has to sleep in the main area on a sofa - it frees up the main area for those who like to get up early for coffee, cooking watching the news, or those who like to stay up later for games, movies… and not disturb anyone who has to sleep on a sofa bed.
