Positive: It was a little apartment right on the ocean. The room was clean and nicely decorated. It felt safe. The owner was very communicative and reached out multiple times sharing expectations. She seemed to genuinely care about our experience.
Negative: The property was in the process of being renovated. The pool was not usable; the elevators were a little sketchy and one was not in use. The flooring of another was worn out. You had to go outside and around to access the beach as the entire property was blocked off from the inside and didn’t allow you on the patio leading to the beach. The walls are thin and you could hear neighbors next door on one side—music and talking throughout the night—all night long. However, the owner cannot control who is in the apartment next door. Once renovations are complete, it will be a gorgeous place to stay.
Summary: Overall, it was a nice place on the beach. You could hear the ocean when you went on the balcony. Birds flew by the 11th
