Spacious, bright and stylish open concept living room and dining area connect to a huge kitchen with enormous granite island suitable for many guests to sit at while enjoying a home cooked meal or a drink after a long day of activities. The sliding door in the living area opens up in its entirety for true indoor/outdoor living! Private large splash pool, perfect for winding down after a full day at the Theme Parks. There is a downstairs master with full bath off the main entrance. A Loft upstairs is perfect for a family game night or just a quiet place to read a book away from the hustle and bustle of what is going on downstairs with the rest of your party. This home has a very special children's room with dual bunk beds that can sleep up to four and modeled after Disney's new Toy Story Land at Hollywood Studios! A spacious and inviting master bedroom, exquisitely designed with its own ensuite is off to one side of the upstairs floor for privacy. A third guest bedroom upstairs round out the home. Note this is one of the newer built units at Windsor at Westside that has parking for two vehicles in front of the home and a standard front entrance through which to enter the home. You will not have to park in the rear and enter through the back pool area in this home! You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.*** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
