This newly-built attached 1 bedroom guest suite is nestled in the Los Gatos hills between the Silicon Valley and Santa Cruz. Here you get the best of both worlds - a quiet mountain retreat filled with fresh air, the sounds of birds, and endless trees .. yet you're just a 15 minute drive to the heart of downtown Los Gatos and the Silicon Valley. If you're in the mood for a beach excursion, Santa Cruz and the beautiful Pacific Ocean is 30 minutes away.
The space
This guest suite was finished in early 2022, everything is brand new. The space is best suited for individuals or couples. Accommodations include a combined living room / kitchen with all appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils. A separate bedroom sleeping area with full closet and washer/dryer. Full bathroom with shower. There is dedicated parking and a private entrance. While attached to the main home it's completely separate, there is no interior access just one exterior door for your private entry.
