'Blue tranquility' at Sugar Beach Condominiums, where the only thing we 'overlook' is the tranquil, blue Caribbean Sea! The gallery offers gorgeous views of Buck Island and the entrance to the harbor in Christiansted. Some days, usually when overcast, you can see St Thomas, St John, Tortola & Virgin Gorda off to the west. Our unit, #205, is a luxurious 1400 sq foot condominium, located on the second floor, which features a 200 sq foot gallery overlooking the beach and the Caribbean Sea. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with lots of local artwork. Why stay in a cramped hotel room, when you can enjoy all these lovely features? A condo rental offers much, much more than a hotel room. On the expansive gallery, which overlooks the beach, you can relax with a glass of wine while you enjoy spectacular views and stunning sunrises. This condo is furnished with lovely tropical decor,and has a 40" TV in the master bedroom, as well as a 55" flat screen HDTV with DVD player in the living room, and programs via satellite dish. There are sliding doors on to the gallery from both the master bedroom and the living room, and lovely teak Adirondack chairs and dining set on the gallery to relax in and enjoy the tropical breezes. The building provides a wi-fi hotspot, and our unit is accessed by key-less entry, so you don't have to worry about losing your keys. The condo has central air conditioning, but with the lovely trade winds, you probably won't need to turn it on! The master bedroom has a king size bed, huge closets, safe, and sliding doors leading on to the gallery, which over looks the beach. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be combined. Both the bathrooms are newly renovated, open and spacious, with lovely travertine tile, granite counters and new fixtures. On site there is a newly refinished saltwater pool, nestled by an historic sugar mill ruin, with club house, and 2 tennis courts. Our beach offers wonderful snorkeling and lounge chairs to relax upon. Sugar beach is about 7 miles from the airport and 2 miles from historic Christiansted.
