Beautifully upgraded two-story beach house located in the quite little town of cayucos. Steps from the beach our large house includes granite counter tops, upscale furniture, flat screen tv’s in every room, wifi, upgraded appliances, large deck, two private patios, and fenced in yard with a putting green for extra entertainment. The upstairs has a large master suite with a king size bed and spa inspired master bathroom, guest room with queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room with leather recliners. The downstairs is an extremely large master suite with a king size bed, a love seat that converts into a twin size bed, walk in shower, and a door that leads to a private patio. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience. There is a two car garage equipped with a barbecue, outdoor sink, and a new washer and dryer. We have a cart filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys, all ready for a day at the beach.
