Positive: For the price I cant really complain . Location is perfect for Port Melbourne only water front would be better . You are minutes from trams and buses that will take you all over Melbourne . There is a IGA grocery shop across the road where you can buy and top up your MYKI card for trams and buses . Every type of cafe ,pubs and restaurants beneath you or a few minutes walk away . South Melbourne markets is a must and only a 20 minute walk . There is a full functioning kitchen with all utensils and even a bunch of condiments like salt , pepper , sauces etc . Place surprisingly was very quiet considering its location to pubs and restaurants . Its a secure apartment with your own undercover parking space although we barely drove our car the week were there as Public transport is so much easier .
Negative: Indoor Pool was not functional till mid May . No clothes dryer . 2nd bedroom was a add on and they have not separated the lights from the dining area . Very silly after all the effort to make a 2nd bedroom . Needs more than one key if you are going to do different things . Not a fan of the shower / bath with out a flexible shower spray .
Summary: Location , location. Value for money with every thing minutes away for Port Melbourne stay .
