This stunning and thoughtfully appointed beachfront home has spectacular views. This 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath home will accommodate up to 16 guests - a lovely home for two or three families to each have their own private space. Four night minimum rental required for this property. Enter through the 2 car tandem parking garage. The exterior of the home features numerous sitting areas both beach front and street side for early morning views of the most spectacular sunrise on Galveston Island. Watch from the beach front as all manor of vessel pulls into the Galveston Ship Channel. The wide and beautiful beaches of East Galveston are only steps away as you stroll over the well maintained beach walk over. A beach wheel chair is also available for those who need a little extra mobility assistance on the beach. When returning from the beach, please use the outdoor shower to rinse the sand off before entering the home. Once on the second level is the first Master Bedroom which has a king size bed and full en suite bath with shower (step over into shower is 5", has grab bar and commode area has grab bar). This room also has a 42" TV with Apple TV (no cable). The second level also has a TV/Sitting room on the street side of the home with a 72" TV, with DVD, and Direct TV. For those who must work while vacationing, this second level also features an office with HP Printer and a dog kennel area. The laundry room with I-pod Docking Station (with adaptor for older models) also has large front load washer dryer. The extra freezer is in the laundry room. The massive kitchen in this home features a Sub-zero extra large refrigerator, in island steamer, 2 dishwashers, trash compactor, and all the possible kitchen tools to make your stay fun and convenient. The open concept living/dining area has a large table for family dinners, keyboard, telescope, acoustic guitar, along with games and puzzles for the whole family! The third level of the home features a second Master bedroom with separate sitting room. The sitting room has a 60" TV with Direct TV, mini fridge, and Keurig Coffee pot (guests bring the pods). This master sleeping area has a queen bed and 67" TV with DVD and Direct TV, en suite bath has double sinks, separate walk in shower with double rain shower heads, body sprays and hand held. , and a soaking tub where the ocean is visible as guests lay in the bath! This is the ultimate in luxury bath - a spa experience. The remainder of the third level has three more bedrooms - one bedroom is a bunk room (sleeps 4) with private full bath (shower only, no tub) and 36" TV, the pink bedroom located on street side has a full size bed (sleeps 2), with private full bath (shower only, no tub), patio access, 19" TV with Apple box, and the green bedroom has a full bed (sleeps 2) with a private full bath (shower only, no tub),23" TV with DVD player only, patio access. The fourth level features a sitting room with 84" TV and DVD player, WII game system and Direct TV, rounded out with another mini fridge, private patio on walkway side of home with beach view and sectional sofa. The sixth bedroom is on this floor and has a queen bed (sleeps 2), with ladder to secret kids play room. Bedroom has a walk in closet and full bath with shower. Across the hall is the children's library - with a full size futon (sleeps 2). Dogs ok for this property, non-aggressive breeds only, 2 dog limit, 50# limit with fee for each dog.
