Bayfront Retreat is a newly renovated townhouse nestled in peaceful and safe East Pensacola Heights. Located just off Scenic Highway US-90, only 9.4 miles to Pensacola Beach (3.6 mile to the Bay Bridge that will take you to the Pensacola beach). We are just 4 miles to downtown Pensacola for great shopping, restaurants, nightlife, Palafox Pier and parks. We provide high speed internet and a dedicated office space, a fully equipped kitchen, full size laundry and complimentary beach gear.
House rules:
1) No party and no loud gathering. Quiet time after 10PM;
2) No Smoking and no vaping.
3) No Pets.
4) Maximum number of guests, FOUR.
House Space:
Bayfront Retreat is a 1200 sf, two-bedroom, two full bath townhouse with all the amenities that will you need to enjoy your time here in Pensacola.
Bedroom 1 has a King size bed with a brand new private bathroom plus an office space for working remote.
Bedroom 2 has two full-size beds.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, cooktop/oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, pots and pans, bakeware, dishes, flatware. We provide the coffee, cream and sugar.
Laundry has brand-new full size machines.
BBQ gas grill in the private backyard, patio area.
High Speed Internet, Roku 55” TV with access to many streaming channels and an Xbox 360 with some games ready to play.

Summary: Only steps to the water, very comfortable beds, neighborhood is quiet and well located. The home is spacious and the manager is great, very responsive and friendly. My son and I really appreciated the lovely gift basket filled with treats. We will definitely be staying again.
