Walk through this outstanding apartment and be prepared to have your breath taken away by the magnificent, uninterrupted views of the Hauraki Gulf. You don't get any closer than this. Everything from the high quality furnishings to the cushions and throws have been carefully considered to make this space an ideal destination for a romantic getaway for couples or for two couples to enjoy together.
Two beautifully decorated bedrooms, one on the main floor, the second down a set of stairs off the living area which opens out onto a gorgeous patio.
Bring your beach towels and have a swim or stroll along the beach. Or you could hike up North Head, explore the historic military tunnels and enjoy the views of Auckland City before heading back for dinner and drinks in the privacy of your own beachfront retreat.

Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment.
Parking on the surrounding streets is limited as it is a first come, first served basis but is free all day/night.
Our aim is to make sure you have the best stay possible. If there is anything you need during your stay please let us know by messaging us through your booking platform. We respond to requests from 8am to 8pm every day.
This is a superb location, at the southern end of Cheltenham Beach and alongside North Head for exhilarating summit views of the harbour and city. Devonport’s heritage town centre is a flat 10-minute walk or a traffic-free five minutes in the car. Take your time and wander down leafy avenues or along the waterfront to build up an appetite for one of the exceptional eateries that Devonport is renowned for. Or catch a ferry to the vibrant Viaduct Harbour, they leave every half hour.
There are currently no window coverings on the bedroom downstairs so please be aware that there is no privacy.
Please also note that this is an adult only property.
• Absolutely no parties.
• Please be respectful to our neighbours - no noise after 10pm.
• No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
• Please remove your shoes in the apartment.
• If you are taking the property for longer than two weeks, the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
• If you lose the key a replacement fee will be charged.
• For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry and in some cases a locksmiths fee.
• Please do not hang any laundry items from the balcony.
• Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
