The one bedroom unit has a comfortable layout with white contemporary kitchen and large bedroom and bath. The property is within easy walking distance to the new movie theater/speakeasy, popular dining, Wawa, bicycle rentals, shopping, tennis/pickleball courts , great playground and plenty of new construction! 10 blocks to fishing pier. Parking space included in convenient location too! Beautifully maintained property with just super tranquil ocean and beach views. Owner pays for water, sewer, trash, monthly HOA fee, assigned parking spot and provides TV with connected Streaming Device (Amazon FireStick). Renter pays owner for Wifi ($89/mo), electric ($200 deposit/month), and one-time condo association lease fee of $150.
