Once in the foyer, you are drawn into an open floor plan which affords ocean views from the oversized living area with two seating configurations, dining area, and high-end kitchen with breakfast bar. Spacious verandas overlook the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico framed with white sugary sand and open skies - blue by day and by night, take-your-breath away sunsets.
The large stand alone Beachfront Main House with separate but walkover-connected Guest Cottage features 6 Bedrooms, 6.5 Bathrooms, and additional TV room in Main House.

Are We There Yet? is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.
PARKING POLICY: 5 vehicles OR 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.
GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle gate entrance fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.
*Two sets of beach chairs (4 loungers), pads and 2 umbrellas are provided daily (March 1-Oct 31). Additional beach loungers may be procured through the on site beach service. Beach towels are provided for our guests.
NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED OR COMMITTED UNTIL SPEAKING WITH THE MGR. PERSONALLY TO ASSURE THAT THIS IS THE RIGHT HOME FOR YOU.
