Located a short 10 minute walk to The Village. This beautifully decorated home is set up to host 10 comfortably. It has a modern open concept living space with an updated kitchen, bar counter seating, living room with a wood burning stove, playroom, hot tub and propane BBQ. There are 3 bedrooms with Queen beds and one with a king bed. The family room has double bunk beds and a sofa bed.
This unit features a hot tub at the side of the house with access from the front entrance and a mud room/closet right off the front entry way to store all your winter gear.
On the ground level there is a family/playroom with a bunk bed and pullout couch and family games and toys for kids to enjoy, along with a 3 piece bathroom with a bathtub. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Upstairs on the main floor is a large newly renovated kitchen with bar counter seating. The living room features large windows to enjoy the views and a wood burning stove to keep you toasty warm.
There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a 3 piece bathroom and right down the hall there is a door leading to the covered patio with a BBQ and chopped wood for the fireplace.
Upstairs there is three bedrooms, two with queen beds and a third room with a king size bed as well as a 2 piece bathroom.
