Summary: My husband and I stayed at Alila Seminyak for a week starting August 26th, and it was nothing short of pure bliss. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff made us feel truly cared for. Special mention to Alit (Hotel Manager) and Geoffrey (Concierge)—their genuine kindness and daily check-ins made a lasting impression. While every staff member was exceptional, these two went truely above and beyond. Our room was hands-down the best we’ve ever stayed in (thanks to Alit). The breathtaking view overlooking the adults-only pool, offered complete serenity. It was the peaceful escape I needed after recently losing my beautiful Mum. For me the hotel became a sanctuary of tranquility and healing. I couldn’t have asked for better. It is literally steps away from Seminyak’s busy streets, shopping, cafes, and restaurants and yet you wouldn’t know it inside the grounds. The breakfasts and coffee were amazing with a wide range of à la carte options. The open-air reception, three stunning pools, and beach bar with live music created a perfect balance of relaxation and lively atmosphere. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a highlight—delicious food, amazing cocktails and the sunset at night was just beautiful. We met a couple who return every year, and they shared how the staff remember them and their daughter by name. That kind of personal touch speaks volumes. Alila Seminyak isn’t just a hotel—it’s a rare gem. We will be back!
