SPECTACULAR RENOVATION. First time offered to rental guests. Totally renovated ocean front unit at Paniolo Hale. This unit is on a PRIME OCEAN FRONT location. Watch the surfers from your front row seat on the lanai with monk seals sleeping on the beach, and migrating whales during the winter season.
The floor plan has been changed to add the addition of a powder room, and two extra large master suites....one on each floor.
Highest quality of materials and craftsmanship used to make this the premier condo on Molokai. There is 1900 sq. ft. of living space and both bedrooms are large. From the second floor king master suite, there are amazing views when you walk onto the ocean side lanai. The first floor queen suite opens onto the ocean front lanai. This is a perfect place for that morning coffee, or your favorite juice.
The rich hardwood floors are throughout, and the L shaped lanai is totally screened in. There are ocean views from almost anywhere in the condo, and the sunsets will take your breath away. There are two dining tables, all with that great view.
The kitchen was designed for a gourmet cooking experience with double ovens and upgraded appliances. A large custom designed island is the focal point of the kitchen, covered in a rich granite blending rare greens and other earth tones. Open up the drawers and cupboards and you will find everything you need to create wonderful memories sitting beside the ocean.
All of the luxury linens are of high thread count, and new.
There sumptuous bath towels are in all of the baths.
It feels like a 5 star hotel, but it isn't. It is you own special home for your vacation in paradise.
Walk from the condo to several beautiful beaches, each almost deserted. This is the West side of Molokai, and this is where the beaches are! Hike along the shoreline and find your own secret spot. The only sounds you hear are of the birds, and the ocean surf. No cars driving by, and no noisy neighbors.
You will find a pool about a 5 minute walk away. So whether you are swimming in the ocean or the pool, soaking up the sun at the beach, or exploring the lava pools, it is all about relaxation here.
