This newly constructed 2 Story Victorian Style Home welcomes you with a spacious front porch area to relax and unwind. This peaceful get away is a short drive only 90 minutes from DC/Northern VA and Richmond ! We're proud to have been named nicest place in VA in 2018 & 2019 and strive to provide you with that Quaint Beach Experience.
An open floorplan, with ample natural lighting, Beautiful Laminate Wood Flooring, Comfortable Home Interior Setting to allow your family to enjoy time together and space to relax, work in the office area and enjoy a cook out in the backyard.
The main level provides an entry level primary bedroom , with private bathroom, double vanities, stand up shower and soaking tub. The main level living area provides living room with smart TV, open kitchen area with bar top and seating area to entertain the cook while meals are being prepared with a separate dining area that has access to the spacious front porch area.
The laundry room and additional half bath is off of the main living area.
Upstairs on the 2nd level floor, you will find an office area that will provide a desk for the remote worker or student. The wireless internet will accommodate streaming and computer access.
The additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor will provide a king bedroom and twin bedroom with two twin beds. The bathroom provides two separate vanity areas with a tub/shower combo.
This home provides ample closet space and laundry area.
The backyard allows you to entertain the family with a firepit and charcoal grilling area. Outdoor Seating is available! We are pet friendly with approval and restrictions, please provide your pet breed and size during your reservation booking request.

We are located 5 minutes from the main beach attractions and restaurants. The town is golf cart friendly and rentals are available to reserve with delivery services for your convenience.
