We have 2 1/2 acres of tree-lined semi-rural property. This in-law/granny unit is on the side of our house and has plenty of privacy. There is ample parking right outside the apartment and it has a small, fenced garden area with a bistro table. Fully stocked kitchen. Very modern but with a few victorian antiques and mid-century bedroom set. Unfortunately this place is not wheelchair accessible. It has it's own water heater, w/d, and wifi network.
There is a second, larger vacation rental on the property, convenient for people who want to rent near their friends or family, especially if they have pets. We call it Nipomo Cottage.
This property is especially nice for longer stays. It's set up to be very cozy, rather than posh.
