Being the absolute highlight of the Villa, the heated saltwater pool offers an integrated flat zone for kids with integrated waterfall and fountains and a separate Jacuzzi. Enjoy amazing sunrises outside at the dock area, breakfast on the patio while watching boats passing by at the canal and a BBQ in the evening.
The Villa is equipped with free high speed internet access, alarm system, Bluetooth speaker, 7 large screen TV, 1 outside TV 6 Roku Sticks (to enjoy your streaming subscriptions) and a Blue-Ray-Player.
Next to a private pool, the house has a boat dock with electric boat lift (on request). Due to the exposed location on the 90' wide Lido Canal you will have access in a few minutes to the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico, dreamlike islands like Sanibel are easily accessible.
