For relaxing days at the villa, the terrace and swimming pool area enjoy open views to the sea and Levrechio beach, which conveniently is only a five-minute walk away. For outdoor living and soaking up the Greek sunshine there is a choice of two stone terraces as well as an outdoor barbecue area with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. If you can draw yourself away from the sea views, the villa itself comprises a newly renovated kitchen/ dining area, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a modern bathroom. If you wish to explore the local area, Maltezos is close to Loggos harbour, being located a few minutes’ walk up the Fontana road from the village. Please note a gate by the roadside opens onto a flight of 40 steps which climb up to the large front terrace, from which there is a direct entrance into the house. The climb may be a challenge but the views from the terrace, once you’re there, are certainly worth it! All bedroom and bathroom linen is included. Bath towels are also provided.
