Best of all- you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the water while you relax on our large deck. (If you need more space - there is even a 1 bedroom apartment below available to rent as well)

This beautiful 1600 sq/ft. home situated on the main channel of LAKE HAMILTON in Hot Springs boasts 3 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHS and can accommodate up to 8 guests, if you also rent the basement. The place is equipped with the latest technology including a large SMART TV with ROKU streaming service and a BLURAY/DVD player giving you access to NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET! The kitchen is fully equipped with a DISHWASHER, STOVE, KEURIG and COFFEE MAKER. You'll also find a roomy OVEN, MICROWAVE, and all the supplies you need to make a great meal. Enjoy your meals in the dining area or on our LARGE DECK with 180 degree VIEW of Lake Hamilton that is especially beuatiful at sunset. On our SPACIOUS DECK you can enjoy grilling out or simply enjoy a drink while your troubles melt away. The 3 bedrooms are fully furnished with COMFORTABLE beds (a QUEEN in the master, a QUEEN in the front bedroom and two twin beds in the back bedroom). The master bedroom features a lake view, walk-in closet and its own DECK, as well as access to the bathroom from your bedroom. The back bedroom features two twin beds with enough closet space and room for 2. The main floor bedroom features a 4-poster bed, 2 closets and is just a few steps to the main floor bathroom. The guest bath is large and features a TUB/SHOWER combo. The bright living room features lots and lots of water views, a comfy couch, bench, side chair and ottoman, as well as a LARGE TV. You've got plenty of room to relax and enjoy TV or simply watch the activity on the water. If you're renting for a longer stay, a WASHER and DRYER are available for you to do any laundry you'd like to do before your trip home. This house also comes with a BOAT SLIP, which you have access to and a small swimming platform, so any water activities such as Boat rides, TUBING on the LAKE or enjoying a SWIM in the WATER are at your back door.
