Welcome to Birch Haven! Step into our Beautiful 3 BD 1 BA - clean, convenient and comfortable Mid-century home. Our carefully designed house can accommodate up to 6 guests. Perfect for travelers or families looking to work, relax, and explore Seattle. 15 minutes away from Seattle and 7 minutes away from SeaTac airport or Westfield Mall. Coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants close by.
The space
Enjoy our newly renovated home that has three private bedrooms (with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds) and one bathroom, formal dining area, one parking spot in the garage and one parking space in driveway.
Living room:
Includes 65" Smart TV, internet, a mid-century modern sofa and accent chair to relax in. Netflix and Disney+ for your use. Game table for two and desk for business travelers.
Kitchen/Dining:
Enjoy cooking in our fully-equipped kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, cream, spices and oil, and snacks, allowing you to cook your favorite meals home away from home. Dining room seats up to 6 people.
Bathroom:
Bathroom provides complimentary- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and basic toiletries.
1st Bedroom:
Queen Bed with a 40" Smart TV and a dresser. High quality linens for a deep relaxing night of sleep.
2nd Bedroom:
Queen Bed and closet
3rd Bedroom:
Two twin beds and small closet
Garage:
Private garage for our guests to park one car. Another car can also be parked in the driveway. Washer and dryer for guests to conveniently use.
