This villa complex is located in Falasarna, known for its sandy beaches. It is also 15 minutes away from Kissamos town. This 300sq.m complex is located in a remote area - but just 2km from the beach and offers incredible views of the sea and complete privacy. The Villas can accommodate 18 guests in its 6 stunning bedrooms and 6 sofa beds. All bedrooms are equipped A/Cs and smart TVs. The complex offers 3 spacious yards with a private 35sq.m private pools and dining areas, ideal for relaxation.
Ground Floor
Each of the 3 villas is a two-storey villa. On each villa, the ground level features an open plan living room containing a large, comfy sofa, a smart TV. Then, you are greeted by a modernly designed dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area also opens up to the pool terrace, equipped with an outdoor sitting area and a 35sq.m private pool.
Next to the living room is the dining area which communicates with the kitchen.
Each living room offers two sofas which can be converted into single beds making your stay comfortable for up to six people on each villa - 18 total.
The fully equipped kitchen provides all essentials for a self-catered holiday and your family meals. Finally, a shared bathroom is also available on each ground floor.
On each villa, up the stairs and to the first floor, you will find the two 15sq.m bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms.
Each of the bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the pool area and offering amazing views of the surrounding area. The whole area is sunny and airy, thanks to the large windows and enjoys beautiful sea views.
Outdoor Area
Each villa's outdoor area is private and fenced. Furthermore, the surrounding area is very quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation.
Moreover our outdoor facilities include a private swimming pool and sunbeds. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds. The dining areas are shaded, ideal for enjoying your meals outdoors. Lastly, the villas offer parking space for many cars.
The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.
