Located in a secure complex with a manned security barrier, the house offers 2 parking spaces on the carport, vented AC through and free WIFI. There is access to a communal infinity pool in addition to the private plunge pool.
The open plan living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6 people and 2 sofas, one of which pulls out into a double sofabed, making it possible to accommodate up to 8 guests in the house. Leading out from the lounge are 2 terraces, both with views of the lake, hills and sea. Access to the private plunge pool is possible from both terraces. Enjoy al fresco dining on the side terrace with a further dining area for 6 people or enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the sun loungers. The front terrace offers a table and chairs. There is a master bedroom on this level, which benefits from a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. this bedroom has direct access to the terrace by the plunge pool.
