You will find all the utensils and small appliances you could need- enjoy your morning coffee at the eat in kitchen bar, or make a full dinner for all your guests to enjoy at the separate dining space. The open floor plan allows you to have ocean views from the kitchen as well! The living area has new furniture, with ample seating and a large, flat- screen TV- fantastic for movie nights! Step onto the balcony and enjoy wide open views of the Gulf Shore beaches and watch the sunset every evening. You will find all new adirondack- style furniture to relax and enjoy cocktails, or just read a book and listen to the waves crash.
There is room for everyone here- the Master Bedroom features a King bed with all new furnishings, a flat screen TV and its own en suite bathroom, complete with tub/ shower combination. The first Guest Room is a lovely retreat as well. It has a Queen bed, plenty of storage, its own TV and en suite bathroom as well. Everything is NEW! This Guest room also features lovely ocean views from the window, and tons of natural light. The second Guest Room has all new furnishings, featuring two Twin beds, a TV for entertainment and is perfect for all ages! There is an additional Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area if needed.
You will find a brand- new, FULL- sized, front load washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience, as well as Mesh internet, which will increase Wifi Speed and capability!!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24 - 3/26/26. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

Renter must be at least 18, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.
Shores of Panama charges a flat rate $100 resort fee. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.
