Ideally located just 200 metres from the Mardi Gras beach, you can enjoy the sea at any time of the day. Several other beaches are also nearby.
Between two swims, relax in the pleasant and charming garden, equipped with small loungers for your moments of rest. A small well brings an authentic and peaceful touch. To fully enjoy the beautiful days, you can share your meals outdoors thanks to its outdoor table and barbecue and relax in a large pleasant garden full of charm.
Upon your arrival in the house, you will discover on the ground floor an entrance with some storage and a toilet, before entering a pleasant living area with a lounge equipped with a sofa, a television and direct access to the garden. Just next to it is the dining table, perfect for convivial meals, as well as the separate kitchen.
Fully equipped, modern and designed for your comfort, the kitchen has everything necessary for cooking: oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and filter coffee maker.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms: one with a Queen Size bed (160x200), the other with two single beds (90x200) that can be brought together if needed. An elegant and functional bathroom with WC completes the whole.
For more convenience, you will find in the outbuilding a washing machine, a travel cot, and a high chair.
