Finding our splendid apartment in the heart of the XIᵉ arrondissement is a breeze. Whether you’re arriving by air, train, or bus, Paris' efficient public transportation system ensures a seamless journey.
Getting to the Property:
From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):
Board the RER B train towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and alight at Gare du Nord. From there, switch to Line 5 (Métro) towards Place d'Italie and disembark at République station. Our apartment is a short walk away.
From Orly Airport (ORY):
Take the Orlyval light rail to Antony. Transfer to RER B towards Charles de Gaulle Airport and stop at Gare du Nord. Then, hop on Line 5 (Métro) heading to Place d'Italie, getting off at République station.
From Gare du Nord (Eurostar Terminal):
Directly board Line 5 (Métro) towards Place d'Italie and exit at République station.

Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.
Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of 350€ is required via SWIKLY. This will be fully refunded post your stay if no damages are found.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
Internet Access:
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.
Special Bookings and Events:
For unique services or events, seek pre-approval. Deposits apply for Paris 2024 Olympic Games bookings.
We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
