The Finca Almendra is situated on a 15,000 m² plot surrounded by rolling countryside between Sineu and Sant Joan. The finca is easy to reach by car and is still quiet off the highway. House, plot and pool are of course available for sole use. The house with a living area of 125 m² is surrounded by almond trees on the natural plot. In front of the house is a large terrace with dining area for 6 people. Next to the house is the 8 x 4 meter pool with internal stairs, completely surrounded by the patio area. There is also a covered terrace. The house is cozy and newly furnished and has every comfort. In the front, open area is an open kitchen with adjoining dining area and the bright living area with German satellite TV and woodburning stove. A corridor leads to the rear area. Here are the 2 double rooms (one with bathroom en suite), and 1 children's room with bunk beds and the second bathroom. It goes without saying that free Wi-Fi is also available in this property.
The brick kitchen is fully equipped and of course has a fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Furthermore, a washing machine, ironing board, iron and hair dryer are available. The house is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool / beach. Cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request.
The perfect location and the good infrastructure in the middle of the island makes day trips in all directions easy and easy without much travel time.
