Positive: The apartment is in very good condition, with excellent furnishings and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner was a little absent-minded when it came to providing information about how the heating works and the availability of nearby parking, but he was very helpful and polite.

Negative: Although it's far from the city center, it has excellent public transport nearby, as well as supermarkets and a shopping center. The kitchen cleanliness (oven and microwave could be much improved) and there were unfolded sheets in the cupboards, so it was unclear whether they were clean or not. Otherwise, it was great.

Summary: Very good apartment for staying in Vienna, although the price could be improved.
